regedit: reg file import failure

      Created an attachment (id=7330)
      Win2k3 test results

      I noticed that ROS regedit fails to import reg file to registry if there is space in file path. But it happens only on ROS. There is no bug when using ROS regedit on win2k3.
      I have printed lpCmdLine in wWinMain using MessageBox. My results are shown in attached screenshots.
