wallpaper size and transform options

The suggested feature request is concerning wallpaper transformation handling. The new options are:

• Stretch vertically (keep proportions)
• Stretch horizontally (keep proportions)
• Fit to screen (zoom in until no visible borders of image)
• Flip and mirror checkboxes (mirrors image vertically/horizontally)
