REGRESSION: BSOD after installing Realtek Ethernet NIC driver

Crash after loading Realtek NIC driver from hardware wizard

Immediately after installing the Realtek Ethernet driver, ReactOS BSODs with a crash in TCPIP.SYS.

This is tested on real hardware using a KT7A motherboard with RTL8169 chipset. Regression tested with XP driver version 5.719.325.2009, but other revisions of the driver also seem to behave the same.

Regression testing reveals:
bootcd-54967-dbgwin - works
bootcd-54968-dbgwin - crashes
