Controls blinking

Dialog: "Properties for Display", tab: "Appearance", combobox: "Colorsheme":
changing selection in this combobox via keyboard (Up, Down), when combox item is last or first, when keys continue to hold, åðó exsample control (where is showing "windows frames") - is blinking.
