Setup reports more space in HDD than there is

Created an attachment (id=7481)
Screenshot: ROS showing 3GB instead of 2GB

1. Assign 2GB to HDD in VM;
2. Create partition using C option that size is 1024;
3. Create partition using C option in unpartitioned space and make its size 1024;
Voila, you got 3GB.

Also I tested r54089, r55092 and it happens there too.
