advapi32: VMware tools 8 service fails to start

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=7606)
      Debug log with backtrace r56391

      Bug replicated in VMware Workstation 8.0.2 with revision 56391. Start VMware Tools install, it will end up with error. Apparently:
      err..\..\dll\win32\advapi32\service\scm.c:2695) RStartServiceW() failed (Error 1060)
      err..\..\dll\win32\msi\action.c:5704) Failed to start service L"VMware Physical Disk Helper Service" (1060)

      Debug log with advapi channel enabled.
