AllocConsole fails on real hardware due to i8042prt

    Description

      The addition of i8042prt created some changes in console allocation during
      text-mode setup, which leads to AllocConsole failing (for unknown reasons
      there). This stops installation on most real hardware.

      The bug in i8042prt causing this NEEDS to be found and fixed.
