Description
This issue has been regtested to rev. 55977 by sir_richard:
[NTOS]: Implement VAD-based Virtual Memory Management. MEMORY_AREA_VIRTUAL_MEMORY is gone.

I replicated it with jre 1.6.27. After installing it, ROS was rebooted and Minecraft.exe was launched after reboot. Before that rev, launcher's main window appeared, with javaw.exe process spawned. Since regression, there is no window, nor javaw process after running this app. Firstchance provides no result. Debug log:
