Enabling USB in Vmware causes an assert

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=7753)
      2nd stage boot with bt

      Since r56441 (PAGEOPS removal), enabling USB in Vmware will cause the following assert after the 1st stage:
      Assertion 'GuardedMutex->Owner != Thread' failed at ..\..\ntoskrnl\include/internal/ke_x.h line 1596

      The system is freezed if the assertion is continued.
