      Changes brought by this patch:

      • In ScmConvertToBootPathName() : Initialisation of the value of the 'RelativeName' pointer ; removing a "Structurally dead code - CID 514470"
      • In RControlService() : Correct dwControl switch case SERVICE_CONTROL_INTERROGATE (and not SERVICE_INTERROGATE), could potentially correct a "Logically dead code - CID 514600"
