wininet_winetest:http terminates with heap assertion

The test usually (that is, if it doesn't crash due to the bug fixed in http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/0b60b8f35aae94b5ec9a595b113a0db638ed05fa ) terminates with a 'LastEntry->Size != 0' assertion.

This is caused by a use-after-free or other lifetime issue somewhere in the call chain (i.e. ws2_32, msafd, afd, tcpip). The heap region in question seems to be overwritten with the (Ansi) URL that's requested using the Internet* functions at some point.
