msvcrt: sprintf with NULL buffer should act as scprintf

Created an attachment (id=7889)
Tests for snprintf functions (and strtoul, just for fun)

The msvcrt:sprintf and ntdll:sprintf tests show this.

Attached is a test for the snprintf functions, which might also suffer from this problem.
