scsiport: ReactOS hangs listing partitions in 1st stage setup

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=7899)
      Freeze during setup trying to display partitions

      When I try to install the latest ReactOS r56870 on my KT7A Athlon with a 320mb SATA drive on a VIA 6421 SATA controller card, setup will get to the "existing partition" screen, but no drives or partitions are listed. The box is completely empty, and setup appears to be hung.

      Regression testing reveals:

      56862 - works
      56863 - fails

      That revision is 56863: [SCSIPORT] - Don't stop enumerating functions of a PCI device if current function returned invalid vendor id.
