bootdata: Add autorun.inf to ISO images

Created an attachment (id=7990)
autorun.inf patch

I have made modifications that would add both the autorun.inf and icon.ico to the root folder of the compiled ISO images. Now the CD will run welcome.exe when the CD is inserted (on modern versions of Windows, AutoPlay is used instead), and the reactos icon is used (icon.ico) as the CD icon.

So far, it seems to work, but it should be tested before submitting to the trunk to verify.
