portcls: scsiport: uniata: deadlock with AHCI controller present and AC97 sound driver installed.

uniata debug log with AHCI present - r57053

This bug was regress-tested to UniATA sync with v0.42e2 (revision 57018), with Uniata v0.41b5 (revision 56870) working fine. To replicate, boot ReactOS to 3rd stage with AHCI controller added to vm. Install sound (AC97 driver from rapps) and restart system. ReactOS will boot up until logon sound being played:
