mm: assorted fixes

I'm trying to run Firefox 14.01. In the process, I found in source three problems:
1) The function is not supported NtAllocateVirtualMemory flag mem_reset
2) is not quite correct MiCheckForConflictingNode looking for conflicts
3) The function is incorrectly MmInsertMemoryArea balancing tree
