Console window Property/Layout, size EDIT controls not working as expected.

In the console window Properties dialog, Layout tab, the edit controls for Screen Buffer Size vs. Window Size do not behave as expected.

Expected behavior:

• When entering a value in one of the Screen Buffer edit's, the corresponding Window Size property should be decreased to match if it is larger. This should happen when the edit control loses input focus.

• When entering a value in one of the Window Size edit's, the corresponding Screen Buffer Size property should be increased to match if it is smaller. This should happen when the edit control loses input focus.
