uniata: driver loading takes very long

The boot process has become unreasonably long due to a massive delay when loading uniata.
Compiled with gcc running on VBox on Win 7, PIIX4 controller, fresh image, uniata takes about 5 seconds to load, whole boot process is about 12 seconds.
This might become better with asynchronous loading, but I fear most of this happens at high IRQL with KeStallExecutionProcessor. 5 Seconds is "a few seconds", but it's way too long.

Guilty rev is 57072. Uniata sync from 0.42i2 to 0.43a1

0.42i2: loading takes about 1sec
0.43a1loading takes more than 5 secs.
