msvcrt: kxsetup.exe crashes in fputc on startup

    • Virtualbox 4.1.22, msvc build of rev 57298, application requires mfc42.dll

    Description

      To replicate, please install the kxsetup package, as mentioned in CORE-4160. Afterwards, please supply mfc42.dll and execute kxsetup.exe with first exceptions enabled. Log from windbg attached.
