run Dr.com meet error, 'Entry Point Not Found'

I tried to install Dr.com in ReactOS. I run the setup program by command in console. But when it became to complete the installation and run DrClient.exe that was a error window which said 'he procedure entry point RasGenLinkStatisticscould not located in the dynamic link library RASAPI32.dll '.(as the picture in attachment

And you can reappear this error by running 'DrClient.exe' in the directory where you installed Dr.com.
drcom.txt is the log of install Dr.com.
