Kingsoft Office Writer: 'ACP' is not a valid integer value

I installed Kingsoft Office Writer in ReactOS. But there was a error window, " 'ACP' is not a valid integer value", when I running Kingsoft Office Writer. The error window just look like as the picture in attachments.

Attachments:
0. 'install.log' in attachmemts is the log of installation;
1. 'run.log' in attachments is the log when running Kingsoft Office Writer 2012;
2. 'picture' is what the error window look like.

You can reproduce the bug follow these:
0. download Kingsoft Office Writer 2012 in http://www.kingsoftstore.com/download/writer_free.exe and install it(I installed it in the defualt path)
1. run Kingsoft Office Writer(I ran it by double clicking the shortcut in desktop)
