Issues with primary slave since r56870.

    Description

      Commit 56870 upgrades UniATA to 41b5. As a result, Bochs cannot enter first-stage installation if the hard drive is the primary master and the CD-ROM drive is the primary slave. The workaround is to move the CD-ROM drive to secondary master. Subsequent versions of UniATA have not resolved this issue, which remains as of r57693.
