explorer_new: Crash when starting Task Manager via right click on taskbar

    Description

      I've replaced Windows's explorer.exe with explorer_new (MSVC build with greenie's changes, agreen-explorer2.patch).
      When I right click the taskbar and choose "Task Manager", explorer crashes.
      Backtrace in explorer-new-taskmgr.log. It seems the window handle passed to OpenTaskManager is invalid.
