notepad: closes when 'Save As' dialog is canceled

    Description

      Run ROS Notepad on Windows. Write 'test' in Notepad window. Click 'close' button in window titlebar and 'Would you like to save the changes?' dialog will appear. Click 'Yes' button. When 'Save As' dialog appears, click either 'close' button in titlebar or 'cancel' button and Notepad will close. Such thing doesn't happen with Windows Notepad.
