Excessive size of Pagefile.sys in small HDDs

    Description

      Pagefile.sys is too big for small HDDs.
      How to test?
      Create a 1,25GB testing HDD in VBOX.
      Check the size of Pagefile.sys. It is more than 800MB.
      As the own ReactOS installation takes 300MB and the pagefile.sys is 800MB big, there is less than 300MB to install or test any medium app as OpenOffice/LibreOffice/etc
