USB OHCI (SIS, Ali): Init errors, crashes pnp

    Description

      Some OHCI controllers can not be initiated, which later causes a crash in the pnp manager. My Uniwill 340S8 has two controllers with 3ports each, but only one single port is available on this machine. The Amilo A Laptop has a Ali chipset with the same prob.
