ROS asserts when closing Process Explorer 14.1 window

    Description

      I started process explorer and opened the 'Memory' tab from 'System information' and since it wasn't working I closed it and then closed process explorer and that's when I hit the assert. I have attached a back trace of the crash as well as pertinent debug output lines prior to hitting the assert.
