explorer_new: fix minimized window button size in width

If taskbar is in vertical position (left/righ), width of minimized window buttons is equal to taskbar width.
Patch by Edijs Kolesnikovičs.
Also, spacing between buttons is wrong (too huge), but that issue is out of scope for this patch.
