XPSepsc - .Net 3.0 SP1, .Net 3.5 SP1, VS 2008 installation fails

I tried to install VS 2008 and the instalation failed at installing .net 3.5. In the setup debug log i found out that there was a problem with xpsepsc installer.
So i tried to install a .net 3.5 SP1 alone and got the same error, i switched to 3.0 sp1 and the setup told me again that .net 2.0 sp1 and xpsepsc was missing

I installed .net 2.0 sp1 withour problems, after that i downloaded xpsepsc from:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/D/4/8D4C4B2F-269B-44E1-80EA-BF59143D7BAC/XPSEPSC-x86-en-US.exe

but i got this problem when installing:
"XpsEPSC Setup cannot update a checked(debug) system with a free (retail) version of XpsEPSX, or vice versa"
so i switched to reactos release version and the error disappeared when i run the instalation the dialog appears and disappears instantly.

i tried the trick with quiet/passive install trough cmd but it didn't work

visual studio 2008 works in wine with winetricks and hase bronze status

i tried also the .net 3.5 compact version it works without problems
