explorer-new: start button should be pressed whenever start menu is open

Clicking the start button correctly opens the start menu. However, the start button itself behaves like a normal button in explorer_new, i.e. it gets "released" in appearance once you let go of the mouse button.
The button should instead open the menu on mouse-down and stay in the pushed state until the start menu is closed.
