Starting some delphi programs in 8bpp mode leads to image corruption

    Description

      Tested with TheBat! 5.0.8 and Total Commander 8 (latest is available in app manager)
      Attached images obtained while starting TheBat! (msi support is broken, just run unpacked files)
      Starting Total Commander leads OS to unusable state
