JScriptSafety_SetInterfaceSafetyOptions() incorrect assignement

JScriptSafety_SetInterfaceSafetyOptions() has an incorrect assignement:

This->safeopt = dwEnabledOptions & dwEnabledOptions;

This bug was fixed in Wine's code.
Seems our latest sync was from 3 years ago:
