stdole2.tlb: could not compile

Even with a clean build with no changes, I am getting this compile error. I just want to know if it's a problem with my build environment (which can be solved by simply reinstalling it), or if it is an actual problem with the code itself. If so, from what I can tell from the build log, it might be r58723.
