CCleaner 3.04 stalls the system when "Temporary internet files" are to be cleaned

      Description

      Setup EXE can be obtained from http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/3a3e44d3c4dbe3b50634a122bf7000d6/

      VirtualBox 4.2.12, ReactOS 0.3.15RC2

      Disable everything except for Internet Explorer -> Temporary Internet Files (do not forget the Applications tab), then analyze (0 files of size 0 B will be found), run cleanup.
      Log is flooded with
      (C:/Users/Z98/workspace/reactos/0.3.15/ntoskrnl/se/semgr.c:646) HACK: Should deny access for caller: granted 0x1, desired 0x190001 (generic mapping B0900ED8).

      In backtrace of CCleaner process it seems there is some access to wininet.dll -> ntdll.dll -> trap handling -> SeAccessCheck
      Log including the backtrace is attached.
