VGA installation crashes every second boot

    Description

      I ran the installation of ReactOS in VGA (640x480x4) mode and noticed that after installation, every second bootup would cause a blue screen crash. Also i had noticed that during the installation in 4-bit mode, the colors were quite bad and wondered if dithering would be used in the future.
