Insufficient checks in NtAcceptConnectPort

Due to insufficient checking of parameters in the NtAcceptConnectPort system call, it is possible for user-mode programs to crash the kernel. The provided patch should fix the issue, although NtAcceptConnectPort is still not fully implemented.
