Implement basic case-insensitive substring search in rapps

Implemented handling of the rapps searchbox, which applies a filter to the currently selected category.

The implementation uses a simple case-insensitive substring search, but it's open for extension.

Possible improvements: word-based search, return results from all categories, ...
