    Description

      100% repeatable and fast bsod when I trying to start my app. This app written in Delphi and uses AlphaControls (http://www.alphaskins.com/) and FastMM4 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/fastmm/). I can't isolate "bad" code to build a test (but problem seems to be with AlphaControls), so here is full source and EXEcutable file.
