Paint.net fails installation because the wrong OS is recognized

    Description

      When you install Paint.net it complains that you need xp-sp3, Vista-sp1 or newer.
      I changed System settings to report as Workstation, but this didn't change anything.
      Attached logfiles for Workstation setting and default setting.
