charmap: statusbar character descriptions

Implement the feature that in charmap, that when a a user selects a character, in the statusbar show information about it,
it's not complete but it's better than nothing
this uses the function GetUName to extract the description string, which it's definitions were added recently.
For some reason, it works in windows (8 and xp), but in ros it doesn't work.
Missing Altcodes, and clears when opening and closing advanced view.
