shell32: When the Properties Window of a drive is opened, the contextual menu of other Drives doesn't appear

    Description

      r59951:

      1. Open explorer, right click on C: drive
      2. Select "Properties".
      3. Keep the "Properties" window opened.
      4. Try to right click on D: drive
      5. No contextual menu is shown.
