Remove deprecated resource file memory attributes

ReactOS is using depreceated resource file (.rc) memory attributes.

All "Memory Attributes" included on the following page are ignored by 3264 bit Windows, ReactOS is still using all of them in every resource file:

The following attributes should be removed from all Resource files:
FIXED/MOVEABLE/DISCARDABLE/PURE/IMPURE/SHARED/NONSHARED
