r60811: Runtime terminated after logon - desktop does not load

    Description

      In r60811, after logging on, ReactOS shows this message:
      'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
      Please contact the application's support team for more information.'
      When I click away the message, the Desktop does not load.
