BSOD on 1024x768 24bit to 1920x1080 32bit switch

When you change your desktop resolution from 1024x768 24bit to 1920x1080 32bit and click "Apply", you get a Blue Screen of Death.

BSOD indicate the problem in: VBoxDisp.dll

If you change from 1920x1080 32bit to 1024x768 24bit = OK
If you change from 1024x768 32bit to 1920x1080 32bit = OK
If you change from 800x600 24bit to 1920x1080 32bit = FAIL
If you change from 800x600 16bit to 1024x768 32bit = OK

In general changing from 16bit or 24bit from a smaller rez to a higher rez 32bit fails.
