CLONE - Regression: Infinite loop in second stage "Registering the components"-dialog

    Description

      Reactos don't finish the installation and stops in the dialog "Registering the components".
      Mouse and keyboard still working.

      Test with Qemu and VirtualBox with rev. 33932
