lisview of win2k3 sp1 regedit is not visible while running it on ROS

Copy clb.dll, ulib.dll and regedit.exe from Win2k3 SP1 to bootcd so it would be in D:\. Run win2k3 regedit on ROS. No listview will be visible. See screenshot. Also same happens with comctl32.dll replaced in C:\ReactOS\system32.
It seems like splitter is covering listview.
