Win32++ proof of concept

Find attached a version of Win32++ (incl. demo application) included in the ReactOS source tree.
It builds with GCC (RosBE 2.1) and MSVC (Visual Studio 2012).

We should use this issue to discuss how Win32++ could be helpful for ReactOS.
Please write down your opinions about Win32++ and what the intentions behind rosctrls.h are.
Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with rosctrls.h! I only ask if Win32++ could safe us time and let us focus on the more important things of ReactOS.
