Win32++ demo application doesn't work as expected

    Description

      The Win32++ demo application from CORE-7647 doesn't work as expected.

      • No menu
      • Asserts if you close the window

      Maybe it has something to do with TLS? Win32++ uses the TLS to store handles and stuff, afaik.
