magnifier: attachable to desktop 4 sides

    Description

      This patch enables the user to attach the magnifier to left, right, top or bottom side of desktop. This patch works correctly in Windows. But this patch doesn't work correctly in ReactOS because current ReactOS doesn't implement AppBars correctly.
