Better font for console window

    Description

      The current font, Fixedsys Excelsior 3.01-L2, doesn't look good in command prompt window.
      I converted and tweaked Unicode VGA font (http://www.inp.nsk.su/~bolkhov/files/fonts/univga/) to TrueType Font, which looks good for both NTVDM session and Win32 console programs.
